THE ESTRELLA

The Estrella features 180 apartments and a 250-space parking garage. The first floor of the building would hold about 10,000 square feet of commercial space, while the sixth floor would hold office space, resident amenities, and a large outdoor space featuring an infinity pool. The building would be topped with an 8,000-square foot rooftop restaurant.
